Tobacco Purchases, Age Requirements & Adult Signature
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase cigars or other tobacco products from 20 Minutes Cigars. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are not purchasing tobacco products for anyone under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age and cancel orders if age cannot be verified.
An adult signature is required at delivery for every order containing cigars or other tobacco products. A person age 21 or older must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. The carrier may require valid government-issued photo identification to verify the recipient’s age.
These shipments cannot be left unattended or delivered with a signature waiver. Please provide a delivery address where an eligible adult will be available. If no eligible adult is present, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned to us, subject to the carrier’s procedures.
All online orders must be shipped. Buy online, pick up in store is not available.
